More than 120 people from the Faculty of Dentistry have participated in the 10th Santa Apolonia photography contest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once again the faculty held the traditional photography contest aimed at students, teachers and faculty staff, who presented their work in both the dental and free categories. On Thursday 9 February, the Sant Cugat Campus hosted the tenth edition of the traditional photo contest with 126 participants who presented 43 photographs in the dental category<\/strong> and 83 in the free category<\/strong>. The competition was open to all faculty staff.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The dental category was aimed at students and teachers and received the collaboration of Sanhigia, Bienair and AD+Medical<\/strong>, who donated the prizes for the winners. In this category, the first prize went to Berta Boix Roca, who won 2.5X Galileo dental loupes for the photograph \u201cTransillumination through fluorosis\u201d. The second prize went to Berta Furio Alonso and her work \u201cOn a spider\u2019s web\u201d, which won a Bora 2 LED dental turbine. J\u00e9r\u00e9my Lambolez was awarded third place for the \u201cXmas Tree\u201d photography, with which he won a wireless high power LED unit.<\/p>\n

The free category was sponsored by Curaprox and first prize went to Elena S\u00e1ez Rodr\u00edguez for the photograph \u201cReaching our future\u201d, with which she won a second generation set of Apple AirPods. In the same category Aleix Filloy Cavero won second prize with the work \u201cSea of Clouds\u201d and was awarded a DAXGD loupe with speaker. Finally, third prize went to Alexis P\u00e9rez Paredes for the photograph \u201cStone and colour\u201d, winning a Curaprox hamper.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
