Four professors of the Faculty of Dentistry are among the most influential researchers according to the Ranking of the World Scientists: World’s Top 2% Scientists
The prestigious classification recognises the impact of the scientific work of lecturers Federico Hernández-Alfaro, José Nart, Alberto Monje and Conrado Aparicio over the last year as being the most cited in the world.
The quality of researchers at the School of Dentistry has been recognised again this year with the addition of four lecturers in the Stanford University ranking (World’s Top 2% Scientists) which reports the top 2% most cited researchers in the world in regard to their scientific work during 2021.
Dr Federico Hernández-Alfaro, Dr José Nart, Dr Alberto Monje and Dr Conrado Aparicio are among the most influential researchers of the last year, due to the scientific impact of the works published in 2020.
In the area of Dentistry specifically, the ranking includes Dr Federico Hernández-Alfaro, professor and head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery; Dr José Nart, head of Periodontics; Dr Alberto Monje, lecturer in Periodontics; and Dr Conrado Aparicio, professor of the area of Research area. These four teachers are among the most influential researchers of the last year, thanks to the scientific impact of their publications during 2021.
